Refunds and Returns
Digital Products and Online Courses
Our courses, videos, PDFs, audio recordings, and other learning materials are supplied as digital products and delivered electronically.
Self Guided Courses
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the course content or downloaded any digital materials.
Once you have accessed the course or downloaded any resources, refunds are generally not available because the digital content has been supplied.
Live Mentored Courses
Deposits paid to reserve a place on a live mentored course are non refundable, as places are limited and reserved specifically for each student.
If Gerry O’Connor cancels a course, you may choose one of the following:
- A full refund of any payments made.
- Transfer to the next available course.
- Credit towards another Gerry O’Connor course.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled live course, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to a future course where spaces are available.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your course, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any technical issues promptly.
Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, any duplicate payment will be refunded in full.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside this policy may be considered on a case by case basis at our discretion.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including those that apply in Ireland and the European Union.
